Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under the conditions below.

• Application refers to the TalkTacToe mobile software application provided by Ejderha.
• Company refers to Ejderha.
• Country refers to Türkiye.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a smartphone or tablet.
• Personal Data means information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically and/or generated by use of the Service (including analytics).
• You means the individual using the Service.

The Application does not require accounts and does not have a registration flow. The Application does not request sensitive permissions (such as contacts, camera, microphone, photos, or precise location). We collect limited analytics/usage information to understand how the Application performs and is used.

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share analytics data with third parties for advertising.

While using the Service, we may collect Usage Data for analytics and diagnostics.

• Device information (such as device model, operating system version)
• Application information (such as app version, language/locale)
• Basic diagnostics and performance data (such as crash reports, stability signals, launch times)
• Interaction data (such as feature usage, screen views, session duration)
• Approximate network information necessary to deliver the Service and maintain security (such as IP address or an abbreviated/derived form of it, timestamps, and server logs)
• An app-generated identifier (such as a random installation identifier) used to distinguish installations for analytics and troubleshooting

Based on how TalkTacToe is designed, we do not request or intentionally collect:

• Account credentials (because accounts are not used)
• Contact information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) through in-app forms
• Contacts, photos, media, camera, microphone data
• Precise location
• Sensitive personal data (such as health, biometric, or government identifiers)

We use the limited analytics/usage information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the Service
• Monitor and improve performance, stability, and user experience
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues (including crashes)
• Protect the Service against abuse, fraud, and security incidents

We do not use analytics/usage data to deliver targeted advertising, build marketing profiles about you, or sell/rent your personal data.

We do not share your analytics/usage data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not integrate third-party analytics SDKs within the Application.

• Legal requirements: We may disclose information in good faith when required by law or competent public authorities.
• Rights and safety: We may disclose information to protect Company rights/property, investigate wrongdoing, protect users/public, or protect against legal liability.
• Business transfers: In a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, information related to the Service may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Because the Application does not use accounts, the information we retain is primarily analytics/usage data.

• We retain analytics/usage data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, including service quality and security.
• Raw analytics and diagnostic logs are generally retained for a limited period and then deleted or de-identified.
• Aggregated analytics may be retained longer if it does not identify you.
• If longer retention is required under applicable laws in Türkiye, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, we may retain relevant information for the required period.

You can remove the Application at any time by uninstalling it. This removes data stored locally on your device by the Application (subject to your device operating system behavior).

• Because we do not maintain user accounts, we may request details to locate records (for example installation identifier, approximate time and circumstances of use).
• If we cannot reasonably identify the relevant data, we may be unable to complete the request.

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Measures may include access controls and encryption in transit where applicable.
• No transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

We operate from Türkiye. If information is processed or stored outside Türkiye (for example, due to hosting infrastructure), we will take steps intended to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection requirements.

TalkTacToe is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us at info@odemis.app.

The Service may contain links to websites not operated by us. If you follow a third-party link, you should review that third party privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at https://talktactoe.ejderha.app/privacy-policy/. Changes are effective when they are posted.
